SCHOOLS

I currently work both as a an ADHD Coach and Trainer and as ADHD Lead in a secondary boarding school. As a teacher and former SENCo (8 years in state secondary, 10 in independent boarding schools), I know how frustrating teachers and school leaders find INSET days where they are left thinking "Well, that's all very interesting, but what do we do about it?!" I bring ADHD understanding to life through my personal and teaching experience and empower teachers and school leaders to feel confident they understand students with ADHD and how to meet their needs. I will give you tools and ways to apply Coaching approaches into teaching practice and school management. Please book a discovery call to discuss your needs.

"Thanks so much, again, for today’s session and for all the work that has gone into planning and setting up the programme.  I thought today was great and so did everyone else whom I have spoken to."

- Headmaster

"Fundamentally and most significantly it has caused me to take a step back and change how we respond to the challenges of ADHD individuals. It has helped me to consider how what I do and what they do and how this can make it more difficult for these individuals to work in our environment. This is a complete turn around as I went into the course worrying most about their impact on others."

- Continuing Professional Development Manager

"Wow! What an impressive session. I have gained so much already and really look forward to being there every week. Thanks for your meticulous planning and for an excellent session."

- Teacher

"Caroline is engaging and delivered the topics in an enjoyable way that easily kept my attention and interest. My understanding of ADHD has increased tenfold, as previously I did not consider how nuanced and differently it can present and the potential stigma around it (which initially made me apprehensive as I thought I wouldn't be "qualified" enough to deal with it) has disappeared completely for me. Still have a lot to learn though and apply."

- DofE and Outdoor Education Leader

"Thank you for a mind blowing session this afternoon and for our discussion afterwards."

Head of Foundation

"Very engaging, informative. Useful, to the point, but signposting other resources to delve into a bit deeper. A deeper understanding of ADHD (for my own benefit!), and how better to help the students find success in School."

- Musician and Teacher

"Well-structured, easy to understand. Related theory to practice. Knowledgeable leadership and the ability to contribute our own issues and angles."

- Teacher

"Getting the science behind the issues and then practical tips to support ADHD individuals. Just being able to understand and relate to them has helped with our relationships, allowing me to support them better."

- Secondary School Boarding Housemaster
