Each month on the 4th Thursday join this supportive group for presentations, webinars and workshops on the theme of Negative Bias for ADHDers.

Negative bias can be especially strong in those with ADHD. These sessions will explore different reasons for this, and different approaches to activate strengths, successes and motivators.

The sessions are suitable for anyone struggling with a harsh inner critic or low self-esteem, particularly adults with an ADHD diagnosis, or on the journey toward one. As a former SENCo and an ADHDer herself, Caroline has done extensive work with her own inner critic, with teenagers, and with adult coaching clients.

Thursday 24th July:

Moving from "I" to "we" - leveraging neuroscience to get unstuck.

Thursday 26th June:

Using the VIA strengths survey to build and anchor success stories and prompts which give practical support in challenging situations.
